TECNA TE90 Mark II is a microprocessor-based welding control for single-phase AC resistance welders. The weld control managers the welder’s operation, including SCR, which regulates the weld current. The TECNA TE90 weld control can operate with both both manual and pneumatically operated welders.

TECNA TE90 FEATURES

Phase shift control for welding current adjustment.
Simplified programming uses only 4 buttons.
Dual presets for time and current, selectable by two independent footswitches.
Slope and pulse functions.
Single and repeat mode.
Secondary current compensation function for welding of oxidised sheets and rods.
First phase shift delay adjustment. Allows balancing line current.
Control also operates 24 VDC solenoid valve, 7.2 W Max output protected against short circuits.
