TECNA has been operating in the field of transformers for resistance welding machines for over 40 years. Nowadays, TECNA is a reputed company which is able to provide its customers with transformers of a wide range of primary as well as secondary voltages, characterized by excellent performances and high levels of reliability.

TECNA transformers have single-phase technology with alternate current up to 400 kVA, three-phase technology with direct current up to 1500 kVA and inverter technology with direct current up to 1050 kVA. In addition to our standard range, TECNA produces also special transformers as well as units for particular applications such as heating and upsetting.

All TECNA transformers are liquid-cooled and coated with epoxy casting resin so to obtain the best performances. Furthermore, they are made in conformity with the international applicable standards such as ISO 5826, ISO 10656 and ISO 22829.
