    • Light and proven spot gun for car body repair and maintenance/preassembly works in the industry.
    • Synchronous built-in electronic timer with SCR from 2 to 65 cycles.
    • The compensation circuit starts the timer only when there is a proper passage of current, which enables to perform on oxidized sheets, on surfaces with paint residues, or on black sheets.
    • Current control with phase-shift adjustment to carry out difficult welds, on very thin thickness, on rods with reduced diameter, on stainless steel sheets, and similar.
    • Additional arm couplings to provide larger openings between arms.
    • A built-in differential pressure switch operates the timer when the electrode force is correct.
    • All transformers are coated with F-class insulation material that does not dry out and become brittle. Insulation test performed at 4000 V.
    • To be used with arms item 7401 / 7402 / 7403 / 7404 / 7405 / 7406 / 7407 (on request).

Pulsation weld time control is available (version P).

TECNA Stainless Steel Cable Retractor Balancer Selection Guide

Retractor tool balancers use a spring mechanism to keep the tool hanging slightly below the balancer when in the rest position. To use the tool, the operator pulls down to unwind a cable. When the operator’s task is complete, the tool can again be safely returned to the rest position. While in use, the operator will feel a slight pull from the retractor, as the tool is under continuous pressure from a spring.

TECNA standard retractor tool balancers feature a nylon or aluminum housing, and suspend the tool on a stainless steel wire rope. Optional accessories include:

    • Accessory unit with air hose 0.32 / 0.39 in. (8 – 10 mm)
    • Accessory unit with air hose 0.43 / 0.63 in. (11 – 16 mm)

NOTE:  Available for certain models, please contact a customer service representative for help selecting the right product for your application.

Balancers models 9336 – 9350 are equipped with a stop device that allows the load to be stopped in intermediate positions of the stroke, about every 3.94 in. (100 mm). The stop device can be activated and deactivated at the operator’s choice.
