TECNA 25 and 30 kVA 3-Phase MFDC Rocker Arm Spot Welders are air-operated, and feature inverter technology. The control unit, the pneumatic commands and the pressure gauge have been placed at the top so to enable the operator to use them smoothly. The inverter technology, which these machines are provided with, allows a higher welding quality, an extreme precision in time and current and a reduction in costs, installation ones included. The welding time is adjusted in milliseconds thus allowing the best set-up. The welding current is supplied continuously and constantly and is not affected by the dimensions of the welding circuit.

TECNA 25 kVA air-operated MFDC rocker arm spot welder models include the TECNA 6010 and 6011.

TECNA 30 kVA air-operated MFDC rocker arm spot welder models include the TECNA 6020D and 6021D. TECNA models 6020A and 6021A feature TE700 resistance welding control units.

Chrome-copper electrode-holders for long life and heavy duty service, designed for straight and angled fitting.
Adjustable electrode stroke.
Epoxy resin coated transformer.
Water-cooled transformer, arms and electrodes.
Easy and intuitive welding control unit with TIME and CURRENT manually adjustable by potentiometer.
Adjustable electrode force; a microswitch starts the welding cycle when the desired pre-set value is reached.
The foot pedal is adjustable in length.

Chromium-copper electrode holders are designed for long life and heavy-duty service. May be mounted at 12° and 90° positions in the arm. Optional Universal-Style arms are available exclusively from WSI for 1” diameter electrode holders, and for mounting the electrode holders at 30° and 90°.
Adjustable throat depth enables maximum flexibility.
Ergonomic frame for long term operation in production environments.
WSI Exclusive Standard Low-Profile Lower Holder enables accessing parts as small as 3” diameter.
Single Foot Pedal (standard).
Additional foot pedal (optional part #73070) on base allows mounting both foot pedals on a common base.
